The new family of 4D locking system is arrived!

Flexibility without compromise, enjoy the limitless possibilities in traumatology! Here is the 4D plate family, which was born from the combination of a traditional reconstruction plate and the polyaxial locking system. With the special bending irons, the plate can be curved in all directions (3D), but its versatility is further increased thanks to the polyiaxial screw insertion (4D)! Thus, it will no longer be a problem to fix fractures near the joints with the polyaxial locking system (e.g. distal femur fracture).

The system is currently available in two plate sizes: 8x2.5mm (2.7 system) and 10x3mm (3.5 system). IMPORTANT: the holes in each plate are the same and the heads of the screws are the same, so they can be varied freely within one operation (any screws in any plate!). The plates can be ordered in longer strands and can be customized during surgery.

The disadvantage is the lower stability against bending forces, so it is recommended on its own only for the treatment of stable, non-commuted fractures, or completed with other stabilizing solutions (eg intramedular pining, lag screw).

Flexibilitás kompromisszumok nélkül, élvezd a határtalan lehetőségeket a traumatológiai műtétek során! Itt a 4D lemezcsalád, amely a hagyományos rekonstrukciós lemez és a poliaxiális szögstabil rendszer ötvözéséből született. A speciális hajlító vasakkal a lemez minden irányba görbíthető (3D), de a sokoldalúságát tovább növeli, hogy a poliaxiális csavarbehelyezésnek köszönhetően tovább nőnek a sebész lehetőségei (4D)! Így már nem lesz gond az ízületközeli törések poliaxiális szögstabil rendszerrel való rögzítése (pl. distalis femur törés).

A rendszer egyelőre kétféle lemez-méretben érhető el: 8x2,5mm (2,7-es rendszer) és 10x3mm (3,5-ös rendszer). FONTOS!: a furatok minden lemezben egyformák, és a csavarok feje is azonos, így azok szabadon variálhatók egy műtéten belül ( minden lemezbe minden csavar és minden csavar minden lemezbe behelyezhető!). A lemezek hosszabb szálakban is rendelhetők, és műtét során méretre szabhatók.

Hátránya a hajlító erőkkel szembeni csekélyebb stabilitás (a könnyítések végett), így önállóan csak stabil, nem szilánkos törések kezelésére ajánljuk, vagy egyéb megoldásokkal kiegészítve (Pl. velőűrszegezés, húzócsavar).
