L6 vertebral body fracture fixation with 2.7-mm SOP-LC system
A mixed breed dog, 13 kg, about 8 months old, suffered a car accident and had a fracture of the L6 vertebral body with a mild displacement. (As an additional finding, there was also a fracture of the right radius ulna.) After the accident, his neurological condition was promising.
We performed a laminectomy of L7 and then performed fixation with a 4-4 clamp, bilateral 2.7-mm SOP-LC system. Control x-rays were taken at 6 and 12 weeks after surgery. Based on the video, in our opinion, the dog has recovered… :)

8 hónapos, 13 kg-os keverék kutya autóbalesetet szenvedett, és törött az L 6 csigolya teste, és kisebb elmozdulás volt látható. (mellékleletként még jobb radius ulna törés is volt.) Baleset után a neurológiai állapota reménykeltő volt.
A L7 laminectomiát végeztünk, majd 4-4 bilincses, kétoldali 2,7-es méretű SOP-LC rendszerrel végeztünk rögzítést. A kontroll röntgenek a 6. és a 12. héten készültek műtét után. A video alapján véleményünk szerint a kutya meggyógyult… :)
