With the help of new clamp fixator and drill guide device, using the SOP-LC system is now “child’s play”

Finally, a device has arrived to facilitate the use of the SOP-LC system, which temporarily fixes the clamp until the hole is drilled and the screw is inserted. For locking stability, it is important that the clamp doesn’t move during insertion, and the hole in the clamp and the drilled channel in the bone remain in one axis.

• Place the device and secure it with the shorter screw. The screw can be fixed with a hex screwdriver, (AO compatible)
• In the partially fixed position (not fully tightened screw), the desired position of the clamp can be adjusted, then the fixing screw must be fully tightened
• The drill guide sleeve must also be tightened
• The hole can be prepared
• The length of the device must be taken into account when measuring the depth
• The drill guide sleeve must be removed from the device
• The screw can be inserted in place of the drill guide sleeve. It can be used with a self-tapping, AO screw.
• The screw must be fully tightened to achieve secure stability (over 3.0 Nm)
• The device can be easily removed by loosening the fixing screw

• Részben rögzített (nem teljesen megfeszített csavar) állapotban a bilincs kívánt pozíciója beállítható, majd a rögzítő csavart teljesen meg kell feszíteni
• A fúróvezető perselyt is meg kell feszíteni
• A furat elkészíthető
• Mélységmérésnél az eszköz hosszát figyelembe kell venni
• A fúróvezető perselyt ki kell venni az eszközből
• A csavar behelyezhető a fúróvezető persely helyére. Önmetsző, AO csavarral használható.
• A csavart teljesen meg kell feszíteni, a biztos stabilitás eléréséhez ( 3,0 Nm felett)
• A rögzítő csavar oldásával az eszköz könnyen levehető
